It also features a dedicated 'Off-Duty Summer Denim' edit for Levi's, marking their first such collaboration in the U.K. Notably, searches for 'denim shorts outfits women' have grown by 430% over the past year.
Pinterest has published its 2026 summer fashion trends report, which centers on the intersection of sports and fashion, examining how athletics has evolved into "a new canvas for personal style."
The report, developed in collaboration with Levi's, is primarily oriented around U.K. trends, though it also draws on broader trend signals stemming from major sporting events.
As Pinterest explains: "People are drawing on the visual codes of sport, from team colors and bold graphics to performance details, and remixing them into everyday style, beauty, and entertainment. On Pinterest, that translates into sporty off-duty dressing built around easy denim, match-ready glam, and practical finishing touches designed to move easily through a full day of plans."
Based on rising search activity within the app, the report identifies seven key sports-related fashion and beauty trends:

- Hybrid Footwear and Statement Shades

- Heat Haze (Hair) Rivalry
- Winning Glam
- On-the-go Flow
In addition to the fashion and beauty trends, the report highlights a Pantry Picnic food trend, which focuses on easily prepared outdoor meals built around tinned fish.
Each trend entry within the report includes an overview description, a list of related search terms, and data notes on rising search interest.
Pinterest's expanded partnership with Levi's also provided the denim brand with an opportunity to showcase its collection in an 'Off-Duty Summer Denim' edit, which highlights its new range of shorts and jorts. This marks the first time the two companies have collaborated in this manner in the U.K.
