TikTok Expands AI Creative Suite with Agentic Campaign Builder for Marketers
TikTok has introduced Symphony Agent, an AI-powered tool within Symphony Creative Studio that enables marketers to create complete video ad campaigns from text prompts, leveraging trending content analysis and ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 model. The update also includes still image generation, multilingual dubbing, creator brief automation, and a new integration with Dentsu's Zoyumi platform.

TikTok has unveiled a new set of artificial intelligence-powered features designed to streamline ad creation for marketers. Among the highlights is an agentic tool capable of generating entire video campaigns from simple text prompts, with guidance drawn from an analysis of trending videos within the app.
The new offering, called Symphony Agent, is being rolled out within TikTok's Symphony Creative Studio. It enables marketers to build complete campaigns through AI-driven analysis of what is currently trending on the platform.

Marketers can input text cues, images, and video examples for inspiration. Symphony Agent then returns similar video examples based on the initial description, allowing users to explore performance insights for each suggested piece of content.

Users can tap into each example to view detailed performance metrics, helping them understand what resonates with audiences. From there, creators can select the “Create your own” button to build similar video ads based on the generated examples, which incorporate expanded guidance from the original prompt.

Symphony Agent also supports building video campaigns from scratch using the same approach. Marketers can input available campaign details, and the system will generate video examples using ByteDance's latest Seedance 2.0 model.

Essentially, the system can automate the entire video generation process without requiring the user to open a camera app. While the provided examples appear solid, actual results will vary based on prompt details and system capacity.
This could serve as an easy way to create TikTok campaigns, allowing marketers to draw direct inspiration from some of the most successful promotions in the app. Even if the examples are not perfect, the process still provides guidance on what is working in different content and presentation styles within a specific niche.
In addition, TikTok said its updated Symphony tools will let marketers create still image assets, as well as video and audio avatars. The tools also allow marketers to translate and dub videos into multiple languages.
Results will vary, but this could be another tool worth experimenting with in TikTok's expanding ad creation toolset.
TikTok's Symphony Agent is also capable of generating creator briefs and identifying and inviting creators to pitch for campaigns. Furthermore, its improved search tools help marketers find existing creator videos related to their brand.

Finally, TikTok is rolling out a new integration with Zoyumi, Dentsu's AI-powered SaaS platform. This will make it easier for Dentsu clients to tap into TikTok content trends.
“Through this integration, dentsu clients will have direct access to Symphony creative tools, including Image to Video now and Caption Removal, Dubbing, and Digital Avatars in the future,” TikTok said.
These are some interesting AI experiments, and they could make it much easier to launch and scale TikTok campaigns. Even if brands do not feel comfortable going all in on AI content generation, these tools will still provide more insight through identification of relevant trends and content, based on actual TikTok usage and engagement.
