Pinterest Launches Cross-Border Campaign Analytics With New Markets View
Pinterest is rolling out a new markets view within its ads platform, designed to help businesses expand Pin campaigns into foreign markets. The tool provides regional performance data, including local currency, impressions, and pin clicks, along with features like auto-translation and currency conversion. Advertisers can also download report data and adjust investment per region. The update is part of Pinterest's broader international selling overview, complementing multi-country campaigns and ad groups. The markets view listing will be available to all ad partners soon.

Pinterest is introducing a new markets view element within its ads platform, aimed at helping businesses extend their Pin campaigns into international markets. The feature offers comparative insights into campaign performance across different regions, according to an announcement from the company.
As illustrated in the accompanying image, the markets view overview displays Pin campaign performance for each region, including metrics such as local currency information, impressions, and pin clicks. This allows advertisers to gauge relative success across geographies at a glance.
Pinterest stated that businesses will be able to easily add new destination markets and enable automatic translation of titles and descriptions directly from this view. Additionally, marketers can activate currency conversion for product prices, streamlining the process of expanding Pin campaigns into more regions.
The tracking tool is designed to help businesses identify new opportunities, and advertisers will have the ability to increase their investment in each region based on the data provided. Furthermore, marketers can download report data from listings, which Pinterest says will contribute to a more consistent picture of cross-border activity and market activations.
The update was announced as part of a broader overview of Pinterest's international selling process. That overview also included guidance on using country-specific catalog feeds, as well as supplemental language and currency information.
Pinterest noted that its multi-country campaigns and ad groups already offer marketers a range of options to scale across multiple markets quickly. The improved markets view will act as a complement to this, providing a simplified overview of market-specific insights to guide budget allocation and strategic focus.
According to Pinterest, the new markets view listing is coming soon to all ad partners.
